DBT skills group is for clients who want to learn practical, research-driven tools they can use daily to reduce suffering and improve their lives.

DBT skills group is a 6-month commitment and meets weekly for 90 minutes. Clients can participate in DBT skills group who are in individual therapy with Dr. Meldon or who have an outside therapist.

WHO: Clients 18 years and older who reside in Massachusetts, Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland

WHERE: Virtually over Zoom

WHEN: Tuesdays 5-6:30pm, group is ongoing with entry points every 8 weeks
